Wheelchairs: Due to sections of the course we would not recommend this course as wheelchair friendly. However we are happy to accept wheelchair entrants, they do so at their own risk. If you plan to race in a wheelchair please contact the organiser.

Headphones are banned under all circumstances and will result in disqualification.

Please park and come to the college before 9:30 at the very latest. Arrive after this you will miss the start as race numbers and disposable chips are distributed on the day
